By submitting your comic to All World Comics you agree on the following terms of use:
WHEREAS a computer website known as awcomics.com has been established for the purpose of viewing, trading and/or exchanging comics, and
WHEREAS various persons desire to exchange and/or otherwise deal with their owned comics, and
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to define their liability and duty positions regarding future transactions between them,
NOW THEREFORE each of the parties hereto agrees as follows:
- The website owner shall make available his website for the display of comics to anyone interested and shall claim absolutely no property rights of any nature whatsoever to said displayed comics.
- Comic displayers may use said website at the sole discretion of the website owner, agreeing to provide only acceptable comics devoid of inappropriate violence and/or pornography.
- The use of said website for the sale, viewing or exchanging comics by comic displayers shall create no liability of any nature whatsoever, on the part of the website owner for any comics transaction.
- Either party hereto, the website owner or the comics owner, may withdraw from the use of the website at any time, without notice or prior warning of said withdrawal, or without the necessity to show cause.
